Meet AUTUMN - Paws Behind Bars Trained

AUTUMN is female, 10-month-old "Doodle." She has a very mixed coat of smooth, long, & wiry. She's still young, so we're not sure what it might look like when she's mature - but odds are good she's an attempt at breeding a "Doodle." She came to us from a local shelter and is very friendly and outgoing. Energy level? It's high, and it's a safe bet that's why she ended up in a shelter.

No worries for us as she'll make an ideal participant in our Paws Behind Bars prison dog training program. This is the perfect age to help her learn to collect herself and get a good obedience foundation. In just a short while, she'll go from being a good dog to a great dog. She is very outgoing and social, so her inmate won't have a lot of work to do in that respect.

When she graduates, her best home will be an active one with a good, fenced yard. Older children preferred as we have no intention to take her desire to play out of her (she might be too much for smaller children). As far as Doodles go, the need to keep her consistently groomed is not an issue; it will be easy to maintain just as it is.
