Meet FREYA - Paws Behind Bars Prison Dog Trained
Freya is an 9-month-old Shepard mix breed female puppy who weighs 70 lbs. She came to us from a local shelter and has been very well-behaved from the beginning. She's still a puppy, albeit a big one, so she has energy, but she's outgoing and loves people.
She is currently in our Paws Behind Bars prison dog training program. Freya's smart and taking to obedience training easily. She is also working on her social skills and, so far, gets along better with the male dogs. Before she graduates, she'll walk nicely on a leash, be trained to a crate and house-trained. Her best home will have a large fenced yard with an active family.
Older children would be fine. She requires a home without cats. She tries hard to look elegant but that flop-over ear will never let you forget the fun side of her!
