Meet TANNER

TANNER is a 3-year-old male Poodle. He was surrendered to our rescue when his elderly owner could no longer care for him. The condition of his coat was a key indication - he was so heavily matted we needed to shave him all the way down.

While he's feeling rather naked, he also says he feels so much better! Once his hair grows out a bit he'll be very handsome. He's a nice medium size at 38 lbs. His body is a little long and/or his legs are a little short, but this "build" gives him character!.

He's currently in a great foster home where he has been successfully introduced to the family's other Poodles. He walks fairly well on a leash and tolerates his crate nicely. His is almost, if not 100%, house-trained. We have not tested him around small children or cats, but he is very good with people. He has a nice, moderate energy level.

Non-shedding breeds are nice, but you must be ready to give them proper grooming care. This fella deserves a family who will appreciate him, exercise him, and take care of him FUREVER!
