Meet PEPPER

PEPPER is a 10-year-old male Terrier mix (probably part Yorkie), weighing approximately 13 pounds. He was surrendered with two others when the owner could no longer keep them. Pepper is very outgoing and friendly, definitely not yippy or nippy. For his age, he's very healthy, although 10ish for these little guys is really "middle aged." He has lost quite a few of his teeth, but that's not unusual for small breeds, either, if not tended to with regular dentals.
