CONSIDERATIONS

**PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY:**

1) Filling out an application does not guarantee your approval for the companion animal you are seeking. The proper fit for family and pet weighs heavily on our approval/denial decision; we carefully consider the age, size, and activity level of each animal before pairing him/her with an individual or family.

2) Fosters must be at least 21 years old and be able to financially support the pet.

3) Applicant must have a valid drivers license.

4) Applicant will be required to review and sign an Adoption Agreement prior to completion of adoption.

5) I understand I will be asked to transport my foster.

6) I understand Adopt Me! owns full medical care of my foster.

7) I understand I will be asked to provide photos of my pet for posting.

8) I understand Adopt Me! owns full rites to adopt this pet.
