Pet Fosters

Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue is an incorporated, non-profit organization that concentrates on rescuing from kill shelters and adopting these companion animals into committed, loving homes.

We rely solely on a network of temporary foster homes to house the animals we rescue until permanent, adoptive homes can be found for them. Fosters provide a stable environment, socialization, and above all, LOVE! We are asking you to open your hearts and your homes to an animal in urgent need of our help. 

Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue has a Foster Ambassador Program to help you get started if you're new to fostering.  This optional program includes effective communication techniques and an informative kit that contains an adoption vest, list of "hot-spots" and dog-friendly places, and business cards.
